At InHouse Design we are passionate about creating interesting, functional and beautiful buildings and spaces that will stimulate and inspire those who use them. Good design should be accessible to all and we will never refuse a project on size, or budget.
The principal architect at InHouse Design is Chris Easton who qualified from Nottingham University in 1980. After working in private practice and local government, InHouse Design was formed in 1994 whilst working from home with two young children and completing further training at Portsmouth University for a Masters Degree in Construction Management in 1997.
Over many years, the practice has successfully completed hundreds of commissions including domestic extensions, office and shop renovations, sports facilities and individual houses.
Recently larger projects have been undertaken in conjunction with another local practice, Freeman Architectural Services, but most work is now carried out within the practice assisted by Sue Easton who is currently completing her Masters degree in Architecture at Portsmouth University.
Client requirements and aspirations come first at InHouse Design Architects. We will listen carefully, consider all options and advise, before providing ideas, sketches, drawings and details. This allows us to help you achieve the required built solution, within budget and planning constraints.
Building work is one of the most regulated processes you can undertake. With this in mind, we offer an initial short consultation free of charge to discuss your ideas and requirements and to help you navigate a path through potential hurdles.
We are commited to providing environmentally sustainable architecture, ensuring that your plans will have the highest level of design whislt making the least impact on the environment.
