Following an initial feasability consultation we can advise on your building project’s viability within budget, space and planning constraints. We will then carry out a full survey of the site and or existing structures to prepare detailed planning application drawings for submission to the Local Authority. We will carry out preliminary consultations with planning officers if required.
Once planning permission has been obtained, we will liase with structural engineers and heating / energy conservation consultants to incoporate their information on detailed construction drawings to be submitted to the Local Authority or NHBC for Building Regulation approval.
When your building project has the required statutory approvals, we can provide pricing notes for smaller projects. If required we can liase with a quantity surveyor for the provison of Bills of Quantities for tendering purposes. We will then advise on tenders and appropriate contract documentation for your project.
We can provide site supervision for your project ranging from occasional visits, to weekly site meetings depending on the size and complexity of the work.We will liase with quantity surveyors or advise on cost control of extras and variations to the contract, and provide completion certificates as required.
